JOHN M. FEDER was born and raised in San Francisco and attended UC Berkeley before getting his J.D. law degree from Hastings in 1978. John also served on the faculty in Hastings Center of Trial and Appellate Advocacy in 1988. He has lectured on Products Liability and appeared on panels discussing issues such as "Using Safety Standards to Establish Foreseeability," "The ABC's of a Tire Case" and "Damages for Impaired Earning Capacity." Mr. Feder is a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco, State Bar of California, San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, Consumer Attorneys of California, and The Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
